I flew to Canberra for new years because I couldn't think of a better place to start off 2016. Ever since living there, the place has felt special, like a second home. And visiting this beautiful farm was definitely a highlight. Fields as far as the eye could see, it instantly felt like a place you could happily escape to and feel at peace.

.weekend escapes.
A few weekends ago, my family decided to go adventuring in the south of Western Australia, in a cute place called Denmark. Think beautiful beaches, little hidden jettys, tree top walks and plenty of moments of being truly grateful for my life.

.western sunsets.
I always find myself chasing sunsets. And every time I get the chance to see one in my home state, Western Australia, I can't help taking a photo while I admire it. I am forever lucky to live in (my personal opinion) one of the most beautiful places in the world.

broome adventures- part two.
As I sit here and look out my window at the stormy, wintery weather, I can't help but dream about my time in Broome. Someone please take me back to balmy nights, French buskers and fish and chips on the beach.
Photos: my mega talented best friend, Ash. You can find some of her work here.

.nazca, arequipa, chivay and the colca canyon.
I got to first truly experience all the colours of Peru in Arequipa, the city is truly stunning. Watching the sunset in the Nazca desert was an experience I will never forget. Chivay and the Colca Canyon can be summarised by three things for me. Llamas, alpacas and the most incredible views of my life (though a mention of condors should probably be thrown in there). But seriously guys, LLAMAS AND ALPACAS. Right there. To snuggle with.
